Updated Mask Policy

Masks WILL be required in all indoor events which includes the vendor hall, all panels, gaming etc. taking place in a facility. Please be responsible indoors as a courtesy to all attendees. Special Ops staff will be monitoring and enforcing masks if you are within the building perimeter. Attendees will need to bring their own mask to the convention.

Acceptable masks are…

1. Cloth masks without vents, holes, or any type of openings.
2. Disposable or non-disposable masks.
3. Must firmly cover nose and mouth.

Unacceptable masks are…

1. Gators and bandanas.
2. Face shields.

Other information…

1. We are not requiring attendees to be vaccinated and will not be verifying vaccination cards prior to entry into the buildings.
2. We will not be requiring masks to worn at the outdoor festival or any gatherings that are held outside. However, please be mindful of social distancing whether you are inside or outside at the convention.
3. Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the convention provided by the venue. Panels rooms will be cleaned throughout the day.
4. Children under 2 years and under do not need a mask when entering buildings.
5. Cosplayers must wear masks on their face inside of buildings even if a helmet or any other headwear worn covers their face.
