For Attendees:

Taiyou Con is going digital and helping you get access to all of the schedules, guest information and live updates in the palm of your hands with a mobile app! Attendees will no longer have to search social media for updates, schedule changes, etc. No more trying to find a paper programming guide or wandering around aimlessly.

For Panelists:

With our extensive background in scheduling panels for over a decade, our process should make your experience feel like a breeze! No hassle, no confusion and fast results for all panelists. Once you submit, you’ll get an approval email with your timeslot and location for your panel or a denial email within a few weeks. If your panel is approved, please respond to the email to confirm. This will allow our system to update all of your information to our Taiyou Con mobile app.

If you are running a panel and need to make changes, please email programming (at) taiyoucon.com ASAP. Do not use a .edu or .org email address when sending an email to us, or we will not receive it. Before applying for your panel(s) below, please read the Programming Policy.
